About Us

Every good outlaw has an origin story. Ours started with a few too many chillies.

We've always enjoyed a good hot sauce, and with more chillies growing than we knew what to do with, making our own seemed like the obvious thing to do.

What started as making hot sauce for ourselves soon turned into something more. Friends and family started trying our sauces, and before long, they were coming back asking for bottles of their own.

And just like that, Jimbos Hot Sauce was born.

Since then, we've continued experimenting with different chillies, ingredients and flavours, turning something, we enjoyed making for ourselves into something we can share with others.
